Success Stories

We have developed various innovative products and successfully implemented them across the globe. Our products and services fall under three major categories namely:

Malaysian Borders
CARPET has been implemented at all Malaysian Borders crossing points (75 lanes) for monitoring vehicles leaving the country for immigration purposes. It recognizes Thai, Singaporean and Malaysian number plates and records their characters.

Malaysian Police Head Quarters - Bukit Aman
CARPET is implemented at the Malaysian Police Headquarters, Bukit Aman for purposes of tracking vehicles entry and exit.

Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU)
CARPET is implemented at the car park of APU. All staff and students of APU do not need access cards to enter the car park. The car park barrier opens automatically if the number plate is recognized as authorized and parking fees has been paid.

Other areas of implementation:

  • Access control system at Puduraya bus terminal, Malaysia.
  • Parking management system at LCCT airport, Malaysia.
  • Access control at North Port, Malaysia
  • Access control at Kuching bus terminal, Malaysia
  • Access control at new King's palace

University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS)
University Malaysia Sarawak adopted iSMART to automate and speed up their scheduling and time-tabling process. Prior to deploying iSMART UNIMAS had a team of five full-time scheduling personnel and forty part-time personnel from different faculties, with the scheduling process taking four weeks. After implementing iSMART UNIMAS reduced the number of full-time dedicated scheduling staff to just one person.

Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU)
APU selected iSMART because of it flexibility to adapt to all kind of resource constraints, while giving the best optimized time table that ensures satisfaction of its staff and students.
